A Woogy-whar (Semi-Aquatic Creature) Completed

Well its completed.... now I need to finish the body, but for now you can get an Idea of what it looks like.  I finally decided on the colour then on a separate layer added the textures.  In the end I opted for rough paterned skin.

Don't be fooled by the whacky stupid expression, this thing is dangerous... but it does possess a very whacky nature. Playful and gentle with its own kind but very territorial and dangerous when provoked. Elemental magic.
